Prepaid Support

This service may be purchased on its own or in addition to enhance other services you have already chosen. The service is designed to provide ad-hoc additional support, as and when required, to give you the peace of mind that you can call upon assistance should the need arise.

Calls can be purchased in multiples of 5 or 10 half days of support (each call out is a minimum of 1 half day) which can be used as and when required for general day to day IT fault fixing or larger scale projects. Upon contacting us to utilise your prepaid calls, a site visit will be arranged at a convenient time for your.
